Q50 pill is Not a 30 day supply they recommend men take up to 2 servings day 5 pills is on serving

I cannot swallow Nd thought I could crush these in my pill crusher was very hard and when I added water the powder became mush and would not be sucked up in my syringe. so they are Useless to me
