Uneven centers in soap making

The quality of these molds is terrible. The inside is not flat as the mold is made of silicone. I used too much resin and ended up with three dishes that I'm not happy with. I was looking for flat mids. Nothing can be displayed in them without inclination.

Pros
  • Excellent price
Cons
  • Unreliable

not perfect but still usable and i love them

i love these shapes but i think they are a bit flimsy. The long panel and decorative border panel have the bottom support visible on your resin piece. But I still like them, and they can still be made into beautiful art. I love small plates.

Pros
  • even understand the old ones
Cons
  • i vaguely remember

But good for the price.

They can be a little thicker or have more support at the bottom. Casting the mold all at once will leave large bumps in the finished mold. I've done 3 so far and had this problem on all of them. So be sure to find a way to "fill" the pockets on the bottom to avoid this!

Pros
  • Nicely
Cons
  • Style 90

Not worth the money you spend on resin

Terribly cheap product. . You get what you pay for. Delivered quickly. Otherwise I have nothing good to say. I don't give bad reviews without thinking twice. This product is cheap. I poured the resin and sides of the mold so thin that the resin flowed out and was very uneven when cured. Cannot use the product. A lot of resin wasted because I chose cheap molds. Pooh

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • embarrassing

These shapes suck

I decided to try these shapes given the price. Don't waste your $11.99 like me lol. Shapes are not strong at all. I have dents from the support beams on 2 test projects so I won't even waste resin on the 3rd. Mold extraction was easy too, but none of the parts I cast came out shiny. These are the thinnest matte shapes I've ever bought. I do not recommend. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of style

Not enough support to hold the resin!

Insufficient support for these molds and too large a gap to fill. I bought another mold with 3 cross braces instead of 2 like this one and it's 100% better! This mold leaves bumps on the inner surface due to the weight of too much resin. The bends make it impossible to reduce the amount of resin used. Another mold I received uses a fraction of the amount of resin THAT mold requires. I doubt I will use these forms again.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive

Used shape?

I am disappointed. I think they sent me used forms. After my resin piece dried, I noticed some small scratches and blemishes on my final product. I tried cleaning it thinking it might be something I did but it wouldn't come off. Then I saw the same scratches on the form itself. I cleaned the form and nothing happened - there were scratches on it. I've only used them once so I know I didn't do those scratches. It really sucks because I made a very nice thing but these scratches are so obvious. I

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
