Eh. The price was low so I decided to give it a try. Mainly advertised for toddlers. According to the insert not suitable for children under 3 and under 10 years. It does not make sense? Also advertised as "organic cotton". Definitely not organic cotton and not soft at all, it's a very stiff fabric. Made in China and impossible to wash the cover before use which annoys me. I'm currently airing it outside and will probably use it again to see if we like it as this is our first weighted blanket and then we might buy a prettier one. Does the box it came in also say "pet bed"? If you want something cheap maybe give it a try, otherwise just gamble your money on a better one that's properly advertised and washable.
