Review on A Brolly Portebello Black Umbrellas by Audrey West

Bought this umbrella for my daughter and it arrived today. I was so excited to finally get it. Opened the package straight away and even looked at the instructions on the small card that came with it, how to open and close it. It came TODAY and is already broken. Not after 2 or 10 uses, but literally on the same day. We never used it. I was very careful opening it slowly because some reviews said the umbrella broke when they pressed the button. I am so disappointed because the umbrella is a good size and the storage bag it comes in is made from a nice heavy material that actually looks waterproof. The material is not the problem. Of course, if enough people are complaining about it breaking so quickly, they need to listen to their customers' feedback and fix the situation. Don't waste money. If there weren't so many complaints about breakage I would probably buy another one from the same brand as I've liked everything else but for now. NO THANK YOU. I am sending you this defective item back.
