4 out of 5 of my bottles had some kind of film on the outside of the tubes that wouldn't come off. It's so confusing! I ordered new bottles but I really want a refund because I can't sell my gloss in these tubes. I filled the tube just to see if the film was visible and it was still there. Update: I ordered new gold bottles and received 4 gold bottles and 1 silver. I've uploaded a video so potential buyers can see what their chances are. I'm done with this company!
