The ease of use, the wide variety of documents it can check, and most importantly, the customer service is second to none! They are easy to reach via email or phone, and when we do need assistance they get back to us right away. Nothing really! I like the fact that you can save your searches as "favorites" so you don't have to search through them all the time. You can also export your results in a format that other companies can access. I like how easy it is for me to use, plus you can customize your own questions if needed! Some things may be hard sometimes to understand but once you do its very simple. Its great when trying to go through different companies or hiring managers since everything they send back will have their contact info in there so we are able to see who sent them our application/resume etc.
