My 23 kg Maine Coon loves to sit on the coffee table and push everything on the floor to get my attention. The remote has spilled too many times and the last time it fell apart and stopped working even though I put it back together. I received this remote control in a hurry and should have read the description better. Although the Vizio website lists this model number for my Vizio Smart TV, it is not the one that came with my TV. I'm assuming it's a universal remote that works with multiple models, but that doesn't mean it's the same as your TV. I'm a little disappointed as it doesn't have a keyboard on the back and some buttons on my TV are useless like the 3D button and some others I don't know what they are for. There is no keyboard shortcut to change the calibration, but I can use the menu to navigate to this setting. I turned off cable TV a few years ago and can't access Neflix without a remote so I won't be returning it and waiting for another one. On the plus side it's a bit bigger than the original remote and the buttons on it are easier to use and I think it works better. Changing channels and navigating menus seems faster.
