I am a shop mechanic who bought this to help me fix my cars. I had a problem connecting to a Mitsubishi Evo 03. I called and had a few chats with support and they wrote a software update for the Mitsubishi module within 12 hours and it's working great now. That's great customer service!

I've only had problems with this tool, it worked fine for about 3 weeks, then it just stopped hanging and did nothing after a 3 hour phone call, it seemed to work halfway again for a week, and now it is correct again not working and no one can give me answers or help, don't waste your money on this product, it's obviously just a scam and a waste of your hard earned money.

I recommend it for DIYers who can't afford very expensive scan tools. I like it and it's easy to navigate how to use it. There is also a bi-directional function. I found that the software updates automatically when connected to Wi-Fi. Haven't tried other features like srs & abs yet but I'm sure it will work fine when I get to this point. This is a powerful tool! responsive and can do a lot. It helped bleed my brakes, which I couldn't do without this tool. I'm only deducting one star because it's so expensive to renew a subscription that most hobbyists should just pay a pro shop to scan. This is not a perfect product. It runs Android 4.4 from 10 years ago, is sometimes slow with menus due to repeated "pairing" sessions and couldn't. I've tried a few things with it like reading ABS codes from my 1998 Toyota Rav4.
