WAY too big! I gave it a try for a few days. If you put the little cold bags inside of the pockets of the belt, you can’t barely feel the cold. I used the cold packs on their own, but still couldn’t feel the cold and relive. It was returned.

This item is in my hospital bag waiting for our big day. It is something that will be used if we end up w a C-section and I’m happy I am at least prepared. It comes with two ice backs also which will def help with any soreness. Fridamom has thought of everything!

I expected to love this as I normally love frida products, but this didn’t work for me. This may be because I carry so much weight and loose skin in my belly. I had a hard time trying to adjust this by myself, and it just didn’t conform to my body in a way that was comfortable.

Very heavy. I wasnt sure what c section would be like. So i ordered a few recovery items. But my doctor advised, i wouldnt want anything on me right after. She was right. My delivery actually turned into an emergency situation and nothing was as expected. So i didnt even get to use this. The ice and heat pack that came with it was heavy to insert into the belt.

I actually like it because it provides good support when standing. Unfortunately, when I sit down and stand up, it adjusts or slips and I have to keep adjusting the straps to tighten it back up. Not sure if I got a defective one? But it's not terrible.

Gosh, I wish I had this my first go round! Super happy to have it this time, and I plan to use it for cramping during PMS as well! Not only has this helped considerably with the normal aches and pains of my c-section, but it also acts as a buffer for my toddlers rough hugs that hit me right in the incision zone! So happy I got this and I would recommend this to any/all moms who go through a c-section!

Bought this post abdominal surgery so I wouldn't have to worry about riding in the car with seatbelt on. Serves its purpose. It's probably user error but I can get it to tighten up.

I was looking for some sort of relief after my unexpected c-section so I ordered this. I wasn’t thrilled. I felt like I was wearing a Fanny pack. I didn’t get the relief I was hoping for. I ordered it about 1 week postpartum and felt it wasn’t really necessary at that point.

I had a C-section and I’m on the plus size (I wear size 14-16 pants) this item seems to be for ladies who doesn’t have a fupa. I did use it on my car ride to the my baby’s first appointment and it did help with preventing the seat belt from rubbing my incision area. Overall it wasn’t that supportive as it could’ve been for a mommy who doesn’t have a fupa.

Frida products are awesome. Bought this for a friend who is recovering for a c-section and she said she hasn’t taken it off. I had an appendectomy a few years ago and wish I would have had this in my recovery arsenal. Would recommend!

I would freeze the front ice/heat pack and then heat the back ice/heat pack and found it to be so relieving! Used it about 4-5 times a day during the first three weeks post c-section. Highly recommend!

Not really worth it. No matter how cold or hot you set the inserts to, you can't feel it through belt. Pain goes away after a week anyways.

Plenty products out there for your baby mama post-birth recovery. Do her a favor and help her with this recovery as well. Frida products are pretty great as it comes
