WAY too big! I appreciated all the thoughtful design elements of this (the ice pack pockets!), and was excited to use it, but it was SO BIG, it really only would have worked for me the first few weeks or so post-partum, which I was already past when I bought this. I had it on almost as tight as it would go. Pre-pregnancy I was a size 4, 27 in denim. Everyone did keep commenting on "how tiny” I was throughout my pregnancy, but I gained 40 lbs and had a baby in the 90th percentile for size and wore a regular Women’s maternity S, so I’m not like teeny tiny. Bummer.
