Not light weight for my opinion
Very heavy. I wasnt sure what c section would be like. So i ordered a few recovery items. But my doctor advised, i wouldnt want anything on me right after. She was right. My delivery actually turned into an emergency situation and nothing was as expected. So i didnt even get to use this. The ice and heat pack that came with it was heavy to insert into the belt.
- Purchased for a second c section. Was really nice and helped a lot.
- The hot and cold therapy may cause burns if used incorrectly
