Gosh, I wish I had this my first go round! Super happy to have it this time, and I plan to use it for cramping during PMS as well! Not only has this helped considerably with the normal aches and pains of my c-section, but it also acts as a buffer for my toddlers rough hugs that hit me right in the incision zone! So happy I got this and I would recommend this to any/all moms who go through a c-section!
