Listing needs to be updated so people know the key is not included. You can buy a spline wrench at most auto parts stores or online, I already have one in my tool box. Even without a wrench, that's a fair price for 20 nuts, although they're a bit lighter compared to standard acorn nuts. They are threaded end to end and enter the wheel almost touching the hub so the engagement with the threads is much greater.
