I like to use this software for managing payrolls as well as other HR issues. There are features that aren't very user friendly or have limited options. It can be quite slow at times. Very easy to navigate with basic knowledge. Overall it's not bad but there might be better solutions out there. We've found some problems while using it in our organization. Some employees don't want to give their information up so we often get errors when trying to input data. Also it takes a long time since it sometimes seems to freeze/not respond until you hit refresh several times etc. I like the best part that it's easy to use, the system is simple and reliable. There are no complaints with it. The support team is also very helpful and responsive. It is a great payroll software for small business. They provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this product to my friends, colleagues and clients. It is very good for payroll management. We were able to solve our problems using this payroll software.
