There are a few complaints here, but this is either an accident or user error. This tire rack offers excellent value for money. Some say it's better to use longer screws, but that depends on your personal situation. The screws that came with it worked fine for me. Now for those who complain about the "sagging" of the central support. 1. Don't put all your weight on the center! 2. Switch the support rod extension pattern. See my photos! In addition to changing the extension rods, I also turned the outside of the square tube arms because I put that bolt and washer through a larger hole and didn't give the bolt extra support to tighten it from the outside. The square tube made no sense to me. You want to give that bolt more support. This is a design flaw! But it's easy to fix. look at my photos I have four 255/45/19's on the rack and they are great for @48 with room to mount a chock in the middle so the weight doesn't "bend" in the middle.
