I have sagging arches and wear tennis shoes most of the time, or I need to wear heels and arch supports. Being home for over a year I don't wear shoes too often or too long so my feet are killing me. This little device massages my feet like hell and I love it. I can hear my feet crunching, but in a good way. There is some warmth but to be honest I can't even tell if I feel it because pain relief is all I feel. I think it runs for about 10 minutes at a time (maybe more, but less than 20, so 15) and then shuts off automatically. It went on sale on one of the peak days so it's a great buy. I didn't get the remote control but I manage. with my big toe so comfortable for me :-)
