Review on Regetek by Brad King

I recently bought a camera bag from Regetek's website, but I wasn't happy with the level of customer care I got. The bag was ruined and useless when my order was delivered. I quickly got in touch with customer support to start a return, however I struggled to obtain a response. I finally got a response from a customer service agent after several tries, however she was useless and dismissed my worries. They gave no ideas to correct the matter and refused to issue a refund or exchange. The lack of professionalism and compassion shown by Regetek's customer service staff disappointed me. As a proficient user, I have high expectations for the quality and level of support I receive from online merchants. Regetek, however, disappointed me in these areas. Overall, Regetek's customer service is subpar and their things might not arrive in excellent condition, therefore I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
