I've recently started using the machines and while I love it, it's always been a pain in the ass...literally. Obviously it's okay because your weight is on tiny bones or something, but I really couldn't take it anymore. What's the point of exercising if you end up with a sore butt? So I did some digging and found that there are seat covers that can be placed on the seat. I have no idea why I didn't think of that sooner. I prefer to shop online so the first place I checked was Amazon. There are a number of them on the site but I went with this one. Something about it with over 1600 positive reviews caught my attention and after reading some of them I was hooked. This seat is now one of my 3 must haves for cycling. along with my stainless steel water bottle and quality earplugs. The earbuds help filter out random background noise so I can hear the teacher and the music comfortably (for some reason the studio I go to is always very loud). Am I satisfied with my purchase? Yes! I was a bit concerned that the fit wouldn't work as I wasn't sure of the size of the seat, but it ended up fitting perfectly. Installation was very easy, there is a rope that you just attach to the bottom of the bike. There are also grippy elements that prevent it from slipping, so it doesn't move even during an intense workout. One of my favorite things about a suitcase is the gel padding. It's very soft and comfortable which is a godsend when I'm doing my 2 hour sessions. No discomfort or pain, on the contrary I feel good. Some say the gel melts but I haven't had that even though I've only been using it for a couple of weeks. I would also like to note that it takes washing well. It gets pretty bad with sweat after a while, so I always hand wash it when I get home. I am not sure if it is machine washable. I was also surprised that it came with a free e-book. I haven't had time to read it yet, but I thought it was a good gesture from the company owner. The only thing I would have wished for was more colors. I have the blue one and it's a little lighter than I thought it would be. I personally would prefer a navy blue. It's not a deal breaker or anything, but maybe they'll add more options in the future? Overall... I'm happy with the quality of the product and the price. Amazon shipping was fast as usual so no complaints. He does what he has to do and my ass is very happy about it. Without him I probably would have dropped out of my cycling class, but it really was that bad.
