I had to endorse this product even though I see there are already more than enough reviews about it. Bought this as a Christmas present for our 3 year old twins based on the positive reviews on Revain. generally disappointed. The children found it fascinating and interesting from the first moment. Magnetic boards, self-closing and self-holding elements make it a great toy that's easy to clean, maintain and take with you. So far all cards are intact, but they may be worn out or lost and need to be replaced. The instructions and shapes are simple enough for toddlers to follow - as opposed to the more complex thinking required with tangram types of puzzles. At the moment we have built about a quarter of the figures. Since the achievement is all about collecting shapes into images, each image can be reused after a reasonable amount of time - nothing is solved, so nothing is lost in repetition. Each shape is good for about 10 minutes. Labor for the baby with the help of adults. We love it so much we have since given several of these to other toddlers in their class and/or neighborhood for their birthdays.
