This thing is a complete mess! As for the tool, there is NOTHING good to say about it. My kids' plastic toys are more durable, in fact most single-use plastic containers will give them bang for their buck. The only reason I gave it a "star" is because there are no zero or minus "stars". I pulled the air hose (NOT over-tightening) from the compressor to the brass fitting on the back, then the wrench came loose. The item being lifted and all the metal fittings on the front and back (two of them) keep falling out of the very thin red plastic box. I had to open it to see what was broken, which was done by just turning the device over and simultaneously prying off two very noticeable hooks. Both passed out. Two paper side labels hold the device together like nothing else. After the box fell apart and all the broken contents spilled out, I found that part of the venturi tube was made of brittle plastic, like the box. The brass fitting was glued to the plastic, right, glued, and NOT screwed (the threads were visible there, but the fitting doesn't even reach there). Speaking of bad design. The only metal parts on it (apart from the 4 screws holding the legs) are the inlet and vacuum fittings that you can see. The rest is the cheapest plastic I've ever seen (the kind that turns white if bent even slightly). The entire unit weighs well under a pound (10 ounces) and is quite large considering there is very little stuff inside. I really thought they sent me an empty box when I first received it. You wouldn't want to put it in your tool box for fear of damaging it. Worst tool I've ever bought in over 40 years and I haven't even had time to use it. There isn't an iota of exaggeration in this comment, at least I downplayed what I really think about it. I seriously think it's really worth $2-$5, the build quality is very poor. and that's when I really need to use it. It cost over AU$40 and it will probably cost me the same if I ship back to the US. There doesn't seem to be a way to complain directly to Revain that certain items are not 'fit for purpose' (one of the consumer laws that protect us in Australia) without returning the item. Lesson learned. Save your money, especially if you live off the seller abroad.
