Until then, the batteries will NOT work.
You completely remove the label and the transparent plastic from the batteries and remove the white cover that covers the positive terminal of the battery. Look at the picture to understand what I'm talking about. Again, the batteries will only work if you completely remove the label, the clear plastic, and the two white covers (as shown in the picture).
