Purchased on January 31,2022. Started having issues 3 months in and ignored it. I had to order a replacement via warranty on July 27,2022. The second screen would shut off constantly along with the keyboard I had hooked on it. The second screen had little green dots too when connected on the c-hub. NOW that I have the replacement, only a few days in, I'm already starting to have the same issues.DO NOT BUY IF YOU ONLY WANT IT TO LAST A FEW MONTHS, IF THAT.

I purchased other hubs that cost less and had to return them as they did not work with the Surface 4 laptop. My goal was to use a 2nd monitor and this hub allowed the monitor to work. There were no issues with this hub as it was operating as soon as the USB-C connection was made. This product works okay. Just be aware of the following:1. Somehow it does not support the HDMI (at least not 2 monitors simultaneously); after some period of time, one screen goes black and then comes back to normal repeatedly. Bought this hub thinking it would resolve a lot of my connections I needed due to the lack out ports my 2019 MBP has, so first think i do is connect this to a port and add an HDMI cable to extend my desktop, thinks flicked onand then went black. This devise is a good alternative to larger docking stations. My only gripe or complaint is that the HDMI monitor did not work when plugged into this devise, a real disappointment.

Second HDMI port (for monitor) doesn’t get recognized by Mac. Had to get a second hub and plug second monitor in there and then the Mac recognized it. All other ports seem to work fine.

I just have one HDMI port in my laptop. I bought this docking station so I can connect two monitors to my laptop. Works great so far.

I did tons of research I needed something that could transmit 120hz for my display and it actually did that :) . Most hubs can only do 60hz and are more expensive. This one has a very good quality and sturdy. Being able to use 120hz is amazing. Highly recommended it.

This has more ports than I currently need but I wanted to be future proof. I've been using this for about two months and this thing is a beast. My laptop is on the whole time and I've never shut it down. The video quality is excellent, sound is clear and all of the other ports work as designed. I'm very happy with this and it isn't my first item from this manufacturer. I would recommend.

The company sent me a new laptop to replace one which I had a docking station for. I had three 29" monitors attached to my lap top previously, so I purchased this to replace the old school docking station. It works perfectly and the resolution on all monitors is excellent. I would recommend this!

I have a Dell Inspiron 14 Laptop (Windows 11) and it works perfectly with it. I simply plugged it in and it was running without any setup on my part.My typical usage: I've connected 2 monitors to it using the two hdmi outputs and have a 2 screen extended display with my laptop lid closed. I like that the docking station is small and does not take up a lot of space. It works as intended and do not have any issues.

Does what it is supposed to do. however I am not a fan of how it doesn't reach the table to lay flat / just sort of hangs there. Also, just looks sort of wild with all the cords hanging out while unable to hide. Looking for a replacement.

Doesn’t work, bought for multi monitor use and ability to use a USB mouse but even the mouse pointer ended up being extremely laggy.

They don't overheat, offer many ports, and network without having to load a driver. Excellent price for the features offered

I liked the form factor so I purchased this docking unit.On my HP elite book, only it was able to put out one HDMI output. The second for the second monitor did not work.Also on the computer, none of USB monitors worked. I have a KYY and an ASUS portable USB-C monitors. Neither worked with this unit. However each works when connected directly to the computer.I bought this docking unit so I can use two portable monitors while I am traveling.

Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more for a better quality one. The latency this causes made my WFH set up unusable. It also broke after only a couple months of usage (ports stopped communicating with hdmi cables).
