I love the natural look of curls. A few tips will help you: You first have to get used to this curling iron. You will be burned when you first learn how to use this. Do not attempt this without a glove on your hand wrapping the hair around the shaft. Make sure to loosen the hair from the bottom of the shaft and fold it back after each curl. Don't try to unwind the curl by holding the end of the hair. Also, be prepared to burn your scalp at least a few times. You do NOT have to look in the mirror to master the technique first. The mirror will spoil you. The technique is the same for each side of the head, but you'll need to switch hands while holding the bar to get the same direction on each side. It will take some time to get used to wrapping the hair around the shaft with your non-dominant hand. Try it a few times without heating to see how it works.
