Update: The duvet finally lost its chemical smell after being hung from a rope outside for several hours before the fog set in. I didn't need coverage this season. I look forward to this arrival; but then I opened his pocket. Pooh! Three hours have passed and I still can't get rid of the stench coming from my mouth and nose. There's absolutely no chance I'll give my dog his new blanket until I can air it out enough. I would wash it but there are no English care instructions. On the plus side, it's incredibly soft and a good size. The jacket also contained a chemical smell; minutes in comparison. So we just had to try it on. The little guy seemed almost unwilling to film it. I have to admit, this is only the second piece of clothing I've found for him that really fits! He looks absolutely dapper in it too! It's sad to admit when I can't get the chemical smell out of my blanket. He will come back for a refund.
