My 5 year old loves this (and so do I!), but my only issue so far is that the lid is very tough for her to snap the latch closed, so I need to help her with it. This is our first Fashion Plates set, and I think it's super cool that you can mix & match the pieces with other Fashion Plates sets should we decide to expand and get a larger set. Also highly recommend using the Crayola sticks (broken in half) with this instead of crayons to get the sharpest rubbings (see pic comparison). We were even able to create white rubbings on thin dark construction paper with the white Crayola stick.just another way to have fun with it.
