Serves its purpose for storage and organization
Was easy to put together but as the rack/shelf to put your shoes on is fabric it's not entirely flat and my shoes sometimes fall off. Would have preferred a hard surface for the top shelf. Other than that, it's a good product. I can't comment on durability as I've only had it for a few weeks.
