I've compared this to other brands and so far it's the best. It's the size of a phone. If you don't clear data every few weeks (either online or simply by removing the battery), the software may freeze. Remove the battery, connect it to the computer, press all 3 keys until the reboot menu appears. You then have to reset the date and time. Customer service is excellent. I have one complaint about the cable: it uses a micro USB cable that doesn't last all that long. Another option is to buy similar rechargeable batteries.
