It's always a pleasure to shop at MetCon. They offer great service and great products! After gaining a lot of experience with MetCon pre-workout, I bought it again and also bought this product to use on top of my pre-workout. So far this product has worked well for me! I would recommend it.
- DIRECTIONS FOR USE - Mix 1 full scoop with 12 ounces of water and MetCon. Start 15 minutes before your workout. Take first thing in the morning on non-training days. Due to the activity, new users may want to assess tolerance by only taking 1/2 scoop.
