First of all, this is a great product - I don't know exactly WHAT it is, but it's not FEP. Whatever it is, it works. And it works fine. I have replaced the original FEP plates in the machines I use for production with these. I REALLY have an EPAX X1 printer which I also love and of course I use non-FEP sheets in it. But as soon as I have such an opportunity, it will be used in EVERY printer. what makes it better It's difficult to be objective when evaluating a product like this as there isn't really an easy way to measure what makes it better as there are so many variables in SLA printing. But I have far fewer failures with this film because prints stick to FEP. Also, it seems to be taking longer between replacements. Now the company. You couldn't ask for better customer service - they respond quickly to inquiries, know their products and are ready to help customers. They are also very active when it comes to customer satisfaction. The last set of FEP sheets I ordered had an error, they only sent one sheet not three. I didn't notice the mistake as I just put them on the shelf to use later, but I received an email from them along with the missing sheets explaining that they made a mistake and fix him! I call that a service.
