I just received my cup warmer over the weekend and got a chance to try it out today. I'm very happy with it! I use a giant 32 ounce coffee mug at work (holds 4,000 cups) and my previous mug warmer that I had for about 3 years has started to lose its heating capacity. So I wanted to get another one that could handle my large coffee cup. I found this one and it seemed to me that it would be quite powerful (25 watts). It definitely works great! It keeps my full coffee mug hot and maintains the right temperature at the highest level. Once I get about halfway I can feel the coffee getting even hotter and then I can turn it down to the low setting and it will stay hot enough to drink my coffee without the burnt or aged taste. I just hope it will stand up to daily use as I will be using it every day when I am in the office! It should be noted that it should have a built in timer for 4 hours and turn off automatically (which I shouldn't). see description). I don't think adjusting the temperature settings also resets the timer to it, so you'll have to turn it off and back on to reset it. It's not really a problem, but I'm pretty sure I'll forget to turn it on if it turns off automatically. I know it's a security feature, so I can't complain about it. My old mug warmer didn't have a timer, and I would occasionally forget to turn it off when I went home for the night, so I understand the importance of including a timer. Will update this review, I have no problems with it in the long run.
