Used for mixing resin. They work fine. I have no problem finding the right ratio so the measurements are accurate. It's just a bit more constructed than I prefer. I used the 30ml cups that come with over the counter cough medicines. The cup was similar but the thickness on the sides seemed tighter. This mug easily folds in half unlike the other mug I've used. I hope this helps with your purchase decision. I will use them, it's not too bad to throw them away, I just mix them and handle them very carefully. Also used to treat my 4 year old granddaughter's cough, she did a great job with it.
