The best thing about it is that its so easy to use if you know how to navigate through all of the menus. It's not very intuitive and requires training to get used to navigating around all functions. Also I wish there was more options to customize your layouts, but they do give you some templates as well when designing/creating new pages. If you have an existing system that needs documentation this will help keep everyone up to speed without having to create multiple spreadsheets. This helps with creating user guides, technical manuals, etc. We are able to update our employees by giving them access to these files rather than sending out paper copies.
