Graphical Documentation (GDOC) Review

The most helpful thing about this software is that it has all of my drawings within one place which makes creating documentation much easier! No dislikes as everything seems very easy to use so far. If you are looking into using this program make sure your team knows how to navigate through certain features because they can seem complicated initially but once learned will help tremendously when documenting projects/assemblies. I like that it's easy to use and has many features which are very helpful when working as an engineer. The best feature is being able to create my own documentation templates within this tool! It would help if there were more options available such as creating user guide sections using PDF files instead of having to have each section created individually. I like how easy it is to create a documentation for each part of my project. GDOC works as an interface between an Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software and me. It is also available to the end user to use directly. For example, if you are working on a simulation model for your circuit board design, you can use this to prepare some screenshots that would be shown to the end users when they use the software. The best thing about it is that its so easy to use if you know how to navigate through all of the menus. It's not very intuitive and requires training to get used to navigating around all functions. Also I wish there was more options to customize your layouts, but they do give you some templates as well when designing/creating new pages.
