The product was very satisfied when it arrived, but after a week or two it started to fade. The battery would die by 60%. I contacted the seller when I was supposed to contact the warranty company. It was my fault. The seller took over the goods. When I contacted them to see if they were renovating. They said no, we will refund your money. They told me I shouldn't have sent them to them. Okay, enough because I shouldn't have contacted her right away. Or better yet, they could refer me to a warranty company. I figured since it only happened after a few weeks I should have contacted the seller for a replacement. I still didn't like how the sale was going. The charge didn't go through a card and they went in order and chose a card to top up. i want a plan I let her slip and took the punch. In any case, be careful when purchasing refurbished products. Sometimes you get good ones and sometimes you don't.
