I ordered size 12-18 months for my 10 month old son who always chooses the size of shoes and socks because he has big feet like me. For example, at 6 months he wore socks for 12-18 months. These were the first shoes we tried and they are TWICE the size of his foot. They would be perfect for a 3 year old. π

- Granddaughter has a short fat foot, she is 8 months old, so I turned 6 to 9 months, they fit well in a small grow room.
