Our niece started college this year and shares a dorm room with 3 other girls. She enjoys dorm life, but isn't thrilled that it was very difficult for her to continue sleeping after her other roommates went to bed because enrollments have different schedules due to the general light being so bright and intrusive. So we thought we could put mood lamps around her desk and bed that are easy to adjust and won't wake up her peers. It worked out perfectly and she is enjoying her new areas and being able to live on her own schedule again. She loves that they even have a sleep timer so she doesn't have to worry about falling asleep and just keep them on all night.
