I had to put something heavy and round in the cat's bowl to prevent overeating and vomiting. It worked wonderfully. Bought 2 sets for 1 cat bowl. Kittens should eat slowly around the balls and there hasn't been a single serious accident since they bought it 3 weeks ago! I can also relax knowing that there will be no emergency visits. I bought them on purpose because they weren't filled with liquid. Although I didn't like the pliers. They bend too easily, no stars because I didn't want the part anyway.
