So in the last 9 years I've probably bought 9 of these. They work great until they stop. I got 4 stars for the cleaning because the keyhole can't be submerged in water so it's a wipe deal and the oil and salt get stuck in the little crevices in the bottom of the machine where the glass meets the metal base. I have received warranty several times and they usually fix or replace what is broken. or they tell you to contact the manufacturer and then tell you how to disassemble and reassemble it and

I was nervous about losing all my money on this car because of all the bad reviews. I owned the car not long ago to tell if it will rust or break down. I will comment on this in due course. I ordered this replacement machine for our church. The old car was a Gold Medal brand that lasted almost 16 years, but when looking for a replacement, the Gold Medal brand was almost double the price of the Great Northern brand. Update 7/30/18 Just wanted to update this as I've been using it for 2 years now and am very happy so far and still highly recommend it. I broke one of the glass doors and the company responded to my email within a day and I was able to order a replacement for about $20. Great service when needed.
