Disappointing Eye Primer
Based on my observations this eye primer did not live up to its claims. Although it applied smoothly and evenly, it did not prevent creasing and my eyeshadow smudged throughout the day. The only pro is that it did slightly enhance the color of my eyeshadow. Unfortunately, this product was a waste of money and I would not recommend it to anyone..
