The best thing about macro is that it has an option of creating macros for all activities in your business which can be used by different members as well. It's very easy to use if you are newbie or not familiar with macros at first time but after using it once or twice I think there may be some minor issues like how fast we get our results from automation toolbox so maybe they should add more options when saving those scripts? And also sometimes there could be delays between two steps/activities while running one script even though everything seems okay. This way saves us tons of work because now instead of writing down instructions manually every step and process will run automatically without any human intervention. I like the ease of use and how the app syncs with our other apps. I also like how the app is constantly updated to keep up with our needs. I dislike that it is not as user friendly as other apps. I also dislike how it constantly updates. This is a great tool to help us with our daily tasks. It is very user friendly. It also helps us keep on top of our tasks.
