EngHouse EkMS - A Knowledge Management System

The ability to store information in electronic fashion. Easy to operate, saves time and money through automation of tasks which used to be done manually. Not so good for security issues. Very basic platform, need improvement in this area as well. Need more robust platform so that all the data can be stored effectively without any fear of corruption. I have been working in this system for quite some time now, it is one of my favorite tools. The product has many addons that are easily accessible using its user friendly UI. There isn't anything much i dislike about enghouse so far apart from maybe few minor things which can be sorted out once they get noticed by developers or users themselves. Enghouse eKMS - Great platform and great staff

Very easy for our team of support technicians, very well organized in their own way so that everyone can work from home at any time without getting lost or confused about anything! Sometimes it is difficult if you are not used working remotely but there's nothing I dislike specifically other than having more hours would be ideal; we do all have jobs outside aswell which limits us being able to get into office sometimes when needed too much - this was only an issue once out while training new…

Enghous Knowledge Management Software

The best thing about this application is that it helps in managing your work related documents, presentations, emails etc. as well as its easy navigation system makes access and retrieval very fast for users. It provides high security so you can feel safe by using it. I find nothing much bad or good about enghouse knowledge management software. But if there is anything then i will say they should provide more features like adding attachments etc. Its great app which allows me to manage my work…

Enghous - Great tool with lots functionality

I like that they offer free 30 day trial so you can test it out before committing, however their customer support is not as good in my opinion. It takes them quite some time for answers from technical questions or issues/queries where there are no immediate solutions available. They do have live chat but sometimes if its busy then your waiting might take longer than expected! We use enghouse at work because of how useful it has been when we need quick help.
