Review on Enghouse eKMS by Deejay Devarashetty

I like that they offer free 30 day trial so you can test it out before committing, however their customer support is not as good in my opinion. It takes them quite some time for answers from technical questions or issues/queries where there are no immediate solutions available. They do have live chat but sometimes if its busy then your waiting might take longer than expected! We use enghouse at work because of how useful it has been when we need quick help. The ability to find specific pages quickly which saves me loads of clicking around looking for what i'm after. Its also great being able to create multiple subcategories within a page such as "Knowledge Base" &"FAQs".
