Review on BELTRON Belt Clip Lifeproof Built by Kevin Griffin

This Beltron belt clip/holster is well made and extra attractive as it allows you to see and use the phone while it is still in the holster and you can remove the phone quickly and easily by simply pressing the clip at the top to press. The only downside is that the $15 clip can ONLY be used with the $80 Lifeproof FRE case. But if you're willing to do a little work, the Beltron can easily be modified to fit the iPhone 11 without a case. I simply cut four lengths of 1/4" garden hose into pieces about 2 1/2" long. You can measure the exact length you need when you have the clamp. You can also use any 1/4" tubing from any of the major department stores. The two pieces are cut lengthwise with a razor and then slipped over each side of the Beltron clamp. This fits snugly on the phone for sideways movement. .Once you are sure everything fits you can glue these side pieces on for extra security.I used Gorilla glue but any good plastic glue will do.The other two pieces of tubing are cut crosswise at the bottom of the clamp and glued to the side at the side. This lifts the phone up in the belt so the top clip can be hooked in and holds the phone securely in place. I hope the photos show the process more clearly. My iPhone 11 is very durable in the beltron clip and the clip allows me to quickly access the phone I need.
