Yes- this was hard to install. I expected that. At the end of the arduous and nearly impossible installation process, I found that it actually INCREASED the amount of glare. So I took it off and threw it out. If you are getting this to reduce glare, save yourself the trouble. The only positive thing about this protecter is that it forced me to clean my screen really well. So I guess it was an $11.99 screen cleaning for my laptop.

I use my laptop in an armchair with a light directly behind it. The MB Pro is a pretty decent mirror, so screen glare is a problem. This matte screen protector effectively diffuses the light so I can hold the laptop in any position. The package includes two protectors, and I expected to bungle the first one in a practice run, But it went on easily with only a couple repositions, so I have an extra!

It reduced the glare significantly which does help, although it's not as much as I hoped for. Was really easy to install but I still haven't got all the bubbles out yet. It reduced readability slightly; text and sharp lines are slightly but oddly blurry. I am really picky, though, with sharp eyesight. I'd give it 3 or 4 stars depending on the day. In some situations it's great to have it on, in others I'm annoyed at it.

I would give it less stars, but I feel bad writing negative reviews. Got it for my MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017) and it really affects the quality of the picture. Had to rip it off 30 min after placing it on the screen. If you want to see your screen clearly do not get this screen protector. If you do not mind look it like low resolution, then get, it is pretty good deal then.

Easy installation and great matte look. I did have some bubbles and dust come up, but the bubbles easily pushed away and the dust isn't noticeable while using the laptop.

Overall Impression:-I am very happy with the purchase, it wasn't too hard to apply and gives a nice layer of protection to the screen. The matte aspect is nice and is reminiscent of the old Apple Powerbook G4 laptops that had a matte screen. I bought this film to stop the reflection of myself in my computer screen. I have a MacBook Pro, 2020. It fits perfectly. However, the reflection was 50% more w/the screen than without it. I see myself clearly in the screen as if I was looking at a mirror. No, that's the opposite of what I wanted. Sent back.

Not worth it, its not matte , can see the fingerprints . Very complicated to install it! The anti glare its not true at all! Not worth it

this is so worth it! if you have an macbook pro, you understand how annoying the fingerprints are. This protector is a MUST! No fingerprints and no glare. It was very easy to put on, clean off your fingerprints with a damp cotton cloth before you put on your screen protector

I don't recommend this item to buy. It is not as good as described in its listing. It is also not easy to apply and once applied, there will be lots of air bubble on the screen which can't be removed. I tried with both the screen and finally, I gave up. The screen is also not anti-glare too. This is just trash.

I have to say after I put on, the screen looked a little dark than before, and it seems that the resolution also reduced. The anti-glare is not so good. so I think the product is just OK with this price, not so good.

Arrived promptly and fit my screen perfectly. Two screen protectors came in the package but I was able to apply just the one and it fit perfectly.

It fits the 2021 14 inch MacBook Pro perfectly! It's a little difficult to place but I recommend taking your time and using the included cloth to smooth/press down the film to adhere to the screen. If you notice bubbles, use the included dust remover sticker to remove dust or peel back the screen and try to lay it down. Even then, I still had some air bubbles but not enough that it would bother me.

Easy to install, as a teacher it’s very kid-proof and doesn’t get smudged and gross. The protectors interfere with the MacBook's built-in webcam!

I was very disappointed with this product. I do a lot of video and photo editing on my laptop and this screen protector makes the images appear blurry and grainy. Not only that, on a white screen, it makes it appear as if there are a bunch of colorful little dots all over the screen. I would not recommend this product and I will be returning it.

I purchased a new 14 MacBook Pro with the new 120 hertz display and apple processor. The display was beautiful until I put this screen protector on it. It definitely killed the picture quality. I don’t recommend this product.

The anti-glare effect is not that efficient. Yes, it has the ability to make the screen anti glare but still left some glare ability of the screen. Half half.

This screen was easier than I thought to apply, so that was a pleasant surprise, and it did provide a good level of glare protection! This helped me to work from sunny areas at a beach house. That being said, please keep in mind that most laptop screens will be hard to see in the sun, and this is protecting against glare only, and is not making your screen magically bright and easy to see in sunny conditions.
