Terrible for anti-glare

I bought this film to stop the reflection of myself in my computer screen. I have a MacBook Pro, 2020. It fits perfectly. However, the reflection was 50% more w/the screen than without it. I see myself clearly in the screen as if I was looking at a mirror. No, that's the opposite of what I wanted. Sent back.
