I opened up the caster and loved that there were 2 different casters to choose from. My arches are sunk and my feet are pretty flat. One of them was very swollen (to this day I don't know why), but that's the leg where I have the most pain. The strap that the rollers attach to was a bit tight but my foot is probably a big exception compared to a regular foot that has to use this. On a long roll it was convenient to ride back and forth. Solid purchase.
