We like that it's easy to use, has all of our financials in one place (including historical data), can be customized with templates etc., but also allows us access via browser so we don't have too much computer knowledge required when logging into online reports or other functions which would otherwise require more technical expertise than some customers may possess! I think this could benefit from having better instructions/training material available - especially if you're using any kind of customizations beyond what comes out of box; there are plenty of resources around these days where people will help walk through customization steps once they've been given basic info about your needs up front though :) Having everything consolidated helps keep costs down as well since less employees need training time each year compared to spreadsheets & manual processes used previously!!
