My daughter is a dancer and has pretty frequent foot and ankle issues. Her physical therapist has used one of these on her several times, so we finally took the plunge and got one that can be used at home. It is perfect for any kind of foot or ankle inflammation, and easier to use than holding an ice pack on the area. Definitely recommend this for athletes or anyone with chronic foot injuries.
