Clean cuts in stone

I put about 100 feet of stone edging around a fine gravel patio. Much of the edge was curved, requiring a large number of incisions. For dry cutting stone I used a Dewalt angle grinder. One blade worked for the entire project. I was able to cut through the stone about 1 inch deep on all sides and then used a cold chisel to break the stone. The blade worked great. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily it cut through the rock.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Low repairability
