Throughout the course of more than two years, this youngster has provided me with dependable service and has never let me down. The case has a few scuffs here and there, but there are no scratches. If you only need a player that is convenient for music and has decent sound, then you should get this one; you won't be sorry you did! With its positives being: 1) Sound (for its price is very even) 2) iTunes (this program has a reputation for being cumbersome and difficult to use, as stated by everyone who has used it). It is true that transferring music to an iPod is a more complicated process than just copying it to other types of devices; nonetheless, iTunes provides several useful features. 3) Controls (three combined buttons, like on earpods, are very convenient) 4) The body is stunning, exceptionally lean, and long-lasting. 5) Time spent working (I personally have enough for 2-3 weeks) Got cons: 1) Ergonomics (when gripping with one hand, the right lower end digs into the hand a little) 2) Whole ears (after three months there was a bad contact, and it was the headphones that were to blame, because I examined the ipod with others; this is because the headphones were the only thing that had changed. I won't comment on the fact that there isn't a remote control or a microphone.
